Returns & Exchanges
Atelier Alon pieces are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural gemstones and materials. Due to the unique nature of our designs and the inherent variation found in natural stones, all sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at [your email address] and include photographs of the item and packaging. Atelier Alon may, at its sole discretion, offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or other resolution deemed appropriate.
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, items must be:
Unworn and unused
Returned in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Natural variations in color, pattern, inclusions, transparency, flash, and texture are characteristics of genuine gemstones and are not considered defects.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Atelier Alon reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined above.

Each Atelier Alon piece is handcrafted using natural gemstones and carefully selected materials. With proper care, your jewelry can be enjoyed for years to come.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece, we recommend the following:
Avoid Water Exposure
Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, showering, or participating in water activities. Prolonged exposure to moisture may affect metal components, stringing materials, and certain gemstones.
Avoid Chemicals and Cosmetics
Apply perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, sunscreens, and cosmetics before putting on your jewelry. Contact with chemicals may dull gemstones and affect metal finishes over time.
Store Carefully
When not being worn, store your jewelry in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures. Individual storage is recommended to help prevent scratching and tangling.
Handle with Care
Although natural gemstones are durable, they may chip, crack, or become damaged if dropped or subjected to impact. Avoid sleeping, exercising, or engaging in strenuous activities while wearing your jewelry.
Clean Gently
To clean your piece, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, harsh cleaning solutions, abrasive materials, and chemical jewelry cleaners unless specifically approved for the gemstone involved.
Natural Gemstones
Natural gemstones may display variations in color, pattern, inclusions, transparency, and flash. These characteristics are part of their natural beauty and individuality.
Over time, exposure to sunlight, moisture, cosmetics, and normal wear may subtly alter the appearance of certain gemstones. This is considered normal and is not a manufacturing defect.
Repairs
If your Atelier Alon piece requires repair due to normal wear, please contact us at concierege@atelieralon.com. Repair services may be available at our discretion and may be subject to fees, shipping costs, and material availability.
Atelier Alon is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atelier Alon's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase, use, inability to use, or performance of any product shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
Atelier Alon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of enjoyment, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or other intangible losses, regardless of the legal theory asserted and whether or not Atelier Alon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Atelier Alon is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidental damage, exposure to water or chemicals, unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
No Warranties
Except as expressly stated herein, Atelier Alon products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Natural variations in gemstones, minerals, metals, and handcrafted components are inherent characteristics of the materials used and do not constitute defects.
